2. Product Cancellation Policy (3-Day Window)

We understand that plans can change. For any product ordered on our website:

3-Day Cancellation Window: Cancellation of any product order is strictly permitted only within 3 days (72 hours) from the exact time and date of order placement.
Post 3-Day Window: After the 3-day grace period, raw material procurement, handcrafted production, and transit logistics begin. Consequently, no cancellation requests will be accepted after 3 days.
Cancellation Process: You can initiate a cancellation directly from your Order History or Order Details dashboard within the active 3-day window by clicking the Cancel button.
Refund & Payment Handling:
- • Prepaid Orders (UPI / Card / NetBanking): 100% of the paid amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
- • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The order is cancelled with zero cancellation fee, and no payment is collected at delivery.

3. Delivery & Warranty

Standard delivery timelines are estimated between 5 to 7 business days depending on delivery location.
All handcrafted furniture items are protected under our standard manufacturer warranty against structural defects.
Damaged or defective products reported upon delivery are eligible for inspection and replacement.

4. Pricing, Accuracy & Offers

Prices, discounts, and inventory availability are subject to change without prior notice. SK Spacecraft reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.
